There will be a fashion contest for models and designers coming soon.
Here I paste the notecard that has been published inworld by the organizers.
MISS FASHION 2013
Miss Fashion is a team contest.
Each team will be composed by one model and one designer, that will compete together.
The designers interested in the contest may participate as contestants (only if are clothes designers) or as sponsors.
The sponsors will have a panel on the runway with their logo and the mainstore landmark giver. They will be also advertised in each event appointment (during the presentation), both in Italian (voice) and English (chat).
The panels will be rezzed near the public and will not be removed for the whole duration of the contest (February, march and april).
Renting one of the panel and become our sponsor costs 5000L.
The panel may be rented even by designers that want to participate as contestants to Miss Fashion.
Will be admitted a maximum of 20 sponsors.
The designers interested in renting a panel may send an IM or a notecard to Katiuscia Vollmar.

During the final will be also voted from the jury the most beautiful dress, choosing from the 12 in competition.
The designer that will be the winner of this prize will receive 3000L and 2 pages of interview and pictures on the KV Magazione.

HOW TO JOIN:
Will be chosen 30 designers.
The enrollment is free and will be open by 10 to 31 January.
Each designer interested in the participation should sent a notecard to Katiuscia Vollmar named "Miss fashion 2013 - Brand name".
In the notecard please include:
- your name
- full perm logo
- mainstore landmark
- mainstore slurl
- the name of the model with whom you want to compete (if you don't have a model you will be able to choose one after the pre-selection, following what is written below in this notecard)
IMPORTANT! Each designer may indicate only one (1) model and she has to do the enrollment as follow.
The list of the designers names will be communicated by notecard on February 1st, sent personally by Katiuscia Vollmar to each designer who have sent the application.
If there will be more than 30 applications the choice will be made by the staff members, based on the technical skill of making clothes (for this reason the mainstore landmark is required: to let us visit your store).
If the model that you have indicated in the enrollment will not pass the pre-selection, you could chose a new one in the appointment of the contest dedicated to the choice of the models.
Each designer will have to create a formal and exclusive dress for his model.
The dress must be given to the model 2 weeks before. The list with the combination of Models-Designers will be published on March 7th at 1 pm SLT.

MODELS: HOW TO JOIN.
The contest is reserved to professional models who have graduated from an agency modeling course.
The enrollment is free and it is reserved only to FEMALE models.
To join the contest send a notecard to Katiusca Vollmar, named "Miss Fashion 2013 - your name". What you have to include in the nc:
- Name of the school from which you have graduated
- Year in which you started modeling professionally
- What's for you the fashion?
- Describe yourself as a model and your passion for the fashion.
- SL Birthday
- Head-shoot (1024x1024px)
- Full body shoot (1024x1024px)
- The name of the designer that you want in your team (this is not compulsory, if you don't have a designer one will be assigned to you).
IMPORTANT! Each designer can have ONLY ONE model, so make sure that he knows exactly that rule. The designer will have to fill the application as explained above and writing your name as requested model.
The models must necessarily maintain the hair color they have in the photos attached in the application for all the contest.

EVOLUTION OF THE CONTEST (DATES!!):
In January will be opened the subscriptions to the contest.
The applications that will not be filled correctly will be rejected.

On February 1st the names of the models enrolled and accepted in the contest and the theme of the outfit to prepare will be send in the group.

PRE-SELECTION:
In February there will be 4 selection nights.
The models in competition will be divided in 4 groups.
Dates of the 4 appointments:
- Thursday February 7 - 1.00 pm SLT
- Wednesday February 13 - 1.00 pm SLT
- Thursday February 21 - 1.00 pm SLT
- Thursday February 28 - 1.00 pm SLT
Each model will have to prepare 4 poses and walk + default pose. The default pose must be similar to the position assumed during the walk by the avatar.
Themes for the pre-selection nights:
Night 1 (February 7) -> Minimal mix&match
Night 2 (February 13) -> Formal "Queen of Hearts" Mix&Match
Night 3 (February 21) -> Black&white '50s Mix&Match
Night 4 ( February 28) -> "the temptation of darkness" Mix&Match
Every Tuesday before each date mentioned there will be the rehearsal at 12.30pm SLT.
The judges will vote during the rehearsal, to prevent loading problems connected with lag. The votes will be anyway communicated in the contest night.
Each model enrolled can attend only ONE date.
The staff will send in the KV Group the names of the models divided in 4 groups, so everyone will be assigned to a pre-selection night by the organizers of the contest.
It's not permitted to change the date of the pre-selection, who can't attend will be eliminated. In the pre-selection round the models will compete individually and not with a designer.
Each model will be rated following those parameters:
- theme focused: 5 points
- edit: starting from 10 points will be subtracted a point for every error of edit (in this category will also affect for example: eyebrows and hair of different colors, wrong color of the feet -will be checked with the high graphic-, wrong color of the nails gloves, ecc...)
- poses: starting from 6 points will be subtracted a point for each pose that will not fit your outfit or your shape.
- scenic presence: will be assigned from 5 to 10 points (this score regards the particularity of the outfit, the originality and the color matching).
The 30 models that will receive the higher scores of the 4 pre-selection nights can enter the real competition.
SELECTION:
The names of the 30 models with the higher scores will be communicated in the KV Dream Fashion agency group and they will have to participate in the selection appointment to be held on March 7 at 1pm SLT.
During that night the designers will choose the models.
The designers must attend the selection appointment and at the end they have to send a notecard with the name of the model that he wants in his team.
The models that have already specifies the name of the designer in the notecard of subscription to Miss Fashion (and the designer did the same in the application, mentioning the model wanted) will be assigned to him.
The models that didn't mentioned a designer in the enrollment notecard will be assigned to designers who joined the contest individually.
We remind that at each designer can be assigned to only one model.
SEMIFINALS:
Starting from now the teams of models and designers will compete together.
Semifinals dates:
- Thursday March 21 (1.00 pm SLT)
- Thursday March 28 (1.00 pm SLT)
- Thursday April 4 (1.00 pm SLT)
Every Tuesday before those dates there will be the rehearsals at 12.30pm SLT.
The judges as usual will evaluate you during the rehearsals to prevent lag problems.
The votes will be announced during the next official appointment.
In each date of semifinal will compete 10 models.
The division of the models during the 3 appointments is at staff discretion.
Will not be admitted requests of date change and the models that will not be able to attend the event will be disqualified from the contest together with their designers.
Your designer will have to create an exclusive formal dress for you, that will show your beauty and your skills.
The designers can't sell the dress before the appointment in which it will be shown. The dress must be given to the models 2 weeks before the semifinal date. The latecomers designers will be signaled and disqualified from Miss fashion.
Each model must prepare 4 poses and walk + default pose.

The designers can't sell the dress before the appointment in which it will be shown. The dress must be given to the models 2 weeks before the semifinal date. The latecomers designers will be signaled and disqualified from Miss fashion.
The color of the dress should match well with the color of the model's skin and hair.
